Senior Teacher Vacancy at Kaito School

Kaito School is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and values-driven Senior Teacher to join its community. The successful candidate will provide instructional leadership, mentor teachers, oversee curriculum implementation (CBE & Montessori), coordinate sports and co-curricular activities, and support the holistic academic, social, physical, and spiritual development of every learner.

• Support curriculum delivery (CBE & Montessori).
• Mentor and guide teachers.
• Monitor learner progress and records.
• Plan and coordinate sports & co-curricular activities.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.

• Valid TSC registration.
• Good understanding of Kenya’s Competency-Based Education (CBE) framework and practical knowledge of Montessori teaching principles.
• Experience organising or coordinating sports, games and co-curricular activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, mentor and work collaboratively with teachers, learners and parents.
• A genuine commitment to Christian values and the holistic academic, social, physical and spiritual development of every learner.

Relevant teaching qualification recognised in Kenya.

At least 5 years of teaching experience, with demonstrated experience in instructional leadership, teacher mentorship or school coordination.
