Swaminarayan Academy, Embakasi is seeking a dynamic, dedicated and experienced School Deputy to support the smooth running of its Middle School, Junior School and Senior School sections. The school’s motto, as shown on the advert, is “Teach, Inspire, Transform”.

The School Deputy will work alongside the Principal to manage and administer the school. The role covers academic oversight, discipline and student welfare, staff supervision, policy implementation and liaison with parents, stakeholders and the Board. Because the post covers three sections of the school, the successful candidate should be comfortable leading across the Middle, Junior and Senior School levels.

• Assist the Principal in the overall management and administration of the school
• Provide leadership, supervision and guidance to teaching and non-teaching staff
• Oversee academic programmes, discipline and student welfare in the Middle School, Junior School and Senior School sections
• Ensure implementation of school policies, procedures and quality standards
• Support curriculum planning, monitoring and continuous improvement
• Foster a positive, disciplined and supportive learning environment
• Liaise with parents, stakeholders and the Board on school matters
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Principal

Mandatory

• A valid TSC number
• A relevant Diploma or Degree in Education
• Strong leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills

• A Master’s degree in education or a related field
