1,138 candidates score A In 2021 KCSE Examination.In the 2021 KCSE Examination, 1,138 (0.14 percent) candidates received an overall Grade A, compared to 893 (0.12 percent) candidates in 2020.While announcing the results, Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Education Prof. George Magoha stated that the number of candidates with a minimum university entry qualification of Grade C+ and above increased to 145,145 (17.49 percent) in the 2021 KCSE Examination from 143,140 (19.03 percent) in 2020.“The percentage of candidates with mean Grade of C+ and above has declined from 19.03 to 17.49,” stated CS Magoha.The government has made significant strides in improving access, equity, relevance, and transition in education for SNE students.In 2021, there were 325,896 candidates with a minimum TVET Diploma course qualification of grade C- or higher (39.27 percent ).“We therefore need to invest more in TVET institutions where the bulk of our KCSE Examination graduands will study. ” The CS advised.1,138 candidates score A In 2021 KCSE Examination
