BOARD OF MANAGEMENT CHECKLIST

The successful applicant will be required to SUbmit the following to the Secretary, Board of Management: –

  1. A duly signed application for employment letter:

  1. Certificate of Registration as a teacher v“ii. KRA PIN certificate :
  2. Bank Plale,
  3. Duly filled pay point particulars ‘ form:
  4. NHIF Card;
  5. Primary and secondary school leaving cert1ticotes ana other testimonials;
  6. Evidence of service as a teacher intern (where applicable
  7. Acknowledgement of receipt of an application for employment;
  8. Evidence of separation from the Commission for those previously employed by TSC

NB: The Principal/Secretary Board of Management is expected to verify ana certify all the above documents before issuing the Applica1ion for Employment Form (APPT ) To the Successful applicant.
