Secondary Schools Top KCPE Candidates Were Placed

Following the conclusion of Form One Placement, the top candidates from the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination of 2022 will be admitted to famous national schools.

Fwaro Makoha Robinson and Lewis Omondi Otieno were placed in Alliance High School.

Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu declared that Fwaro and Omondi tied for the highest score in the nation with 431 points.

We also located Ivy Chepkoech Rotich, the top girl on the national exam with 429 points.

The official confirmed to an administrator of Sally Ann Schools in Litein county that the student would attend one of the nation’s top girl’s schools.

“We received the good news this morning; she was called to join Kenya High School,” the member of staff confirmed in a phone call interview.

Upon presenting the results of the placement procedure, CS Machogu disclosed that candidates who scored over 400 were put in national or extra-county schools of their choosing.

On December 21, Fwaro revealed Alliance High was his ideal high school, following which he would enroll in college to study Software Engineering.

Omondi, for his part, shared his father’s desire to attend a prominent national school and ultimately become an engineer.

However, according to a report by the Ministry, the top school was not among the top 10 schools favored by 2022 applicants.

Kabianga High, Nanyuki High, Nyandarua High, Maseno School, Nakuru High, Kapsabet Boys, and Mangu High School were the best schools for boys.On the other hand, Pangani Girls, Alliance Girls, and Butere Girls’ High School topped the list of most desired schools for girls only.

Between February 6 and 13, Form One students are asked to report to their respective institutions. Here, applicants can view their placement results.
