National Schools in Kenya Per Clusters

National schools in Kenya, renowned as the pinnacle of academic excellence and the foremost secondary education institutions nationwide, draw in top-performing students from all 47 counties. The roster of national schools in Kenya represents nothing short of the premier educational establishments across the nation.

Initially, the count stood at 18 national schools until 2011, when Sam Ongeri, then Minister of Education, advocated for an additional 30 schools. Subsequently, in 2013, as part of a drive to foster social cohesion and national unity, 30 provincial schools were accorded national status.
