Speaking at Nyayo Stadium during a colorful evening event, he also pledged to ensure that every child has access to education through his ambitious free ‘Waste No Child’ program.

It will also apply to college, university, and vocational training students.

He stated that one option would be to recognize prior learning certification for qualified artisans. This would provide them with more work and access to government contracts.

The frequency was not specified in the manifesto.

The government is currently implementing free universal primary education and subsidized secondary education.
