COVID-19: Kiamaina Secondary School closed down after 4 students tested positive

Kiamaina Secondary School in Bahati Constituency, Nakuru County has been shut down for two weeks following 4 covid-19 infection cases.

The determination to close the school was arrived at because the school is a day school and students which make it impossible for students to be isolated or quarantined at the school.

The four students are in stable condition according to the health officer. The County government has begun contact tracing to prevent more spread of the virus.
