KPA Announces Mass Internship Vacancies For University Students and Fresh Graduates; How to Apply
The Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) is seeking applications from university students and recent graduates for its yearly internship scheme.
An announcement issued on October 25, KPA gave the students a one-year internship.
The internship was available to all university students, regardless of their program of study.
However, the authority emphasized that only candidates younger than 35 will be considered for the position.
“To qualify, an applicant must an unemployed graduate from a recognized training institution who has completed a relevant diploma/degree course in the last 24 months.”
Since graduation, they have not participated in a similar internship program or been exposed to relevant work experience. Not have left formal work,” the notice stated in part.
KPA operates in Mombasa, Lamu, Malindi, Kilifi, Mewapa, Kiunga, Shimoni, Funzi, Vanga, and the Inland waterway Port of Kisumu.
Additionally, the organization oversees container terminals in Nairobi, Naivasha, and Kisumu.

The KPA insisted that the application procedure be completed online, with a link to the application process provided.
Visit the Kenya Ports Authority career portal at Internship 2023 kpa(dot)co(dot)ke and upload the completely completed Internship Program Application Form, copies of academic diplomas, transcripts, or other documentation.
After reviewing the applications, the authorities will create a shortlist of successful applicants and contact them.

“Applicants should submit their documents on or before November 11, 2022,” KPA added.
