KNEC Releases New Dates for 2023 Candidates Registration.

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has announced updated guidelines for business and technical test candidates.

KNEC announced on Tuesday, September 6, that registration for all examinations will be conducted online via its portal, www.knec.ac.ke.

The national examiner explained that the registration of candidates for the Business and Technical examinations in November 2022 was complete, while a new schedule will be implemented for 2023.

Below are the important dates for tests and projects throughout the Business and Technical Exams of 2022 and 2023.

The registration period for institutional candidates included business single and group topics, began on June 27 and concluded on July 31, 2022.

KNEC announced the submission deadline for Course Work Assessment (CWA) and project grades was October 28, 2022.

On October 12, 2022, candidates will receive their advance instructions (Practicals), according to the information provided.

The examiner also said that the planning for hospitality practical examinations will occur on October 26 and that the practical and theoretical examination dates will be from October 31 to November 25, 2022.

In addition, candidates were advised that the first milestone will be graded from August 5 to August 15, 2022.

Exams in the fields of business and technology are classified as Post-School examinations.

These are professional examinations presented to applicants who have graduated from elementary and/or secondary school.

The exams are administered twice per year, in July and November.
