Parents’ love knows no bounds, as they will go above and beyond to provide their children with the best life possible.
A flurry of excitement engulfed Sheryl Kabarry’s parents’ home after she was named one of the top candidates in the 2021 KCPE examinations.
Connie Kabarry, Sheryl’s mother, couldn’t contain her joy after her daughter scored over 400 points, prompting her to keep the promises she made before the test.
“Mother and father, you promised me so much and I have done my part and attained over 400 marks as you asked for. Please fulfill your promises,” Connie reminisced her daughter’s words.
“The things we promise our kids thinking they won’t deliver, we must deliver. Stay tuned and wait for the gifts, you deserve everything we promised you my sweet angel Sheryl,” she stated.
Sheryl’s parents rewarded her performance with a Ksh6 million Toyota Land Cruiser.
Sheryl was being driven by her father, popular Benga musician Kevin Omondi alias Dolla Kabarry, who was seen dancing in joy on top of the car.
“I promised to gift her a new phone while her father had promised her a four-wheeled vehicle, well there you go,” her mother intimated.
The number of candidates who scored over 400 points in the recently released KCPE exams increased to 11,857 from 8,091 in the 2020 KCPE exams.
