Govt Academy Announces Job Vacancies With Up to Ksh 500K Salary, How to Apply
The Bandari Maritime Academy, a government institution, has announced job openings with salaries of up to Ksh500,000.
On Tuesday, October 18, the academy announced the list of managerial positions available from its Chief Executive Officer position.
For example, for three years, the CEO will be entitled to a basic salary scale of between Ksh290,000 and Ksh490,000, as well as a house allowance of Ksh80,000.
The deputy directors for maritime education and training and corporate services will be paid Ksh245,000 and Ksh449,000 per month, respectively, with a house allowance of Ksh70,000 and a commuter allowance of Ksh24,000.
The corporation secretary and head of legal services slots, as well as the registrar, are paid monthly salaries ranging from Ksh245,500 to Ksh449,500.
Assistant
The salary for an assistant director ranges between Ksh170,500 and Ksh373,500 per month, plus a Ksh35,000 house allowance.
This position has four openings in internal audit, finance, supply chain management, and information technology.
Other positions include senior principal trainers (monthly basic pay ranging from Ksh170,500 to Ksh373,500) and quality assurance officers (pay ranging from Ksh115,500 to Ksh285,000).

The application must be sent in pdf format in soft copy, with application forms available on the institution’s website.
A detailed CV (with at least three referees) and copies of academic and professional certificates should be emailed to [email protected] along with the completed application form.
Valid compliance certificates from the Kenya Revenue Authority, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, a registered Credit Reference Bureau, the Higher Education Loans Board, and a certificate of good conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations must be submitted by successful candidates.
