Our client is currently looking to hire a Year 3 & 5 GCSE Home Tutor.
Someone with positive energy, who has a love for teaching, is not afraid to put in the work, is creative and upholds progressive teaches practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Prepare curriculum for classes and individually instruct students.
•Carry out daily lesson plans
•Responsible for planning and developing consumable educational content for homeschool age children.
•Must be able to meet students’ individual needs and assist with differentiated learning.
•Conduct formal or informal assessments of student progress using checklists, testing tools and student work.
•Research, plan, and organize in collaboration with students and their parents to decide which curriculum is the most effective for the learner’s educational goals.
•Can learn multiple teaching strategies to accommodate diverse student needs and learning styles.
Qualifications
•Degree/Diploma and relevant certifications in Education
•At least 2+ years of teaching experience.
•Patience, perseverance and excellent communication skills
•You have high standards of professionalism and professional ethics.
•You have excellent self-management and organizational skills.
