Form One Selection: How to check Placement

CS Education Ezekiel Machogu has revealed that candidates who sat the KCPE in 2022 have been assigned to a variety of secondary schools.

Machogu requested that parents text the candidate index number to 22263 in order to determine which school their children had been assigned.

The SMS platform is accessible to all mobile networks and will cost Sh25 per message.

There were 1,244,188 KCPE candidates registered at 493 examination storage and distribution facilities.

On December 21, 2022, Machogu announced the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) results for 2022.

He stated he will facilitate a seamless transition to secondary school for all students.

The CS warned parents against leaving their children at home when Form One enrollment opens.

“All candidates whose results i’m releasing today will be admitted to Form 1 under the 100 per cent transition policy,” he said.

This was the second-to-last education of the KCPE before the 8-4-4 system is eliminated from the primary school curriculum next year.

It is the first placement that CS Machogu has made.
