Section 18 of the Legal Education Act of 2012 requires all institutions that offer law programs or courses at any academic level as a professional qualification to apply for a license from the Council of Legal Education, abbreviated as CLE.
Only in this way will any college or university be listed among those that offer accredited law programs.
As a result, unless this condition is met, any evidence of the award of a certificate, degree, or diploma issued after training is invalid.
