However, not all courses are available for this application. This is because some capacities have already been filled and do not require more students. Students are asked to select from the available courses.

How to review:

  1. Log in to the student portal using your credentials i.e. username and password.
  2. Click on the Applications tab in the upper left-hand corner to check the requirements.

Alternatively, search for courses by their institutions by clicking on the institution tab.

You can click on the student portal then click on programmes to find a comprehensive list of all the available diploma, certificate and artisan courses, their subject requirements and where they are offered for your guidance

Also, it is important to note that during second and subsequent revisions, the capacity diminishes hence increasing the competitiveness of the courses.

How to select courses: KUCCPS 3rd Revision

  • Scroll through the programs and either add or revise the ones selected in the course bracket.
  • To enter your preferred courses, click on the application/ revisions tab on the site and enter the programme codes.
  • You can pull the program codes from your selection in the courses listed.
  • Once you are done, submit the courses you have selected.

While the applicant may have met 2019 cut off points, it is highly probable that the 2020 cut-offs for the courses you applied for may be higher than the 2019 ones. 2020 cut off points will be released towards the end of July for your guidance

Placement is based on merit and is competitive. During application, applicants use 2019 cut off points to gauge the competitiveness of a course. These points however vary year to year.
