The Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) – Catholic Secretariat is the National Administrative, facilitative, and Coordinative arm through which the KCCB implements and co-ordinates various Pastoral programs at the National level and undertakes all those responsibilities which express the mission of the Catholic Church in Kenya.

KCCB seeks to recruit an outstanding, dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the position of Teacher for a combination of Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects at its St. Luke’s College of Health Sciences on a short-term contract basis.
Teacher – St. Luke’s College of Health Sciences
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
- Assign and grade classwork, tests and assignments
- Assist in conducting student evaluations
- Plan and lead the students for practical sessions in the subjects of Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics
- Prepare the students with revision schedules in readiness for National Examinations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be registered with the Teacher Service Commission
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized institution.
- Must have specialized Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics
- Teaching experience must be demonstrated
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
- A good knowledge of social teachings of the Church, and Ethical principles
- Group facilitation skills are an added advantage
